Hallelujah Diet and Type 2 Diabetes
There are many stories on the web about people who have improved their medical problems using the Hallelujah Diet. This is a diet composed of whole foods (fruits, vegetables, nuts, grains, seeds) in their natural state. I have done this diet and can testify that it really works for boosting health. Eating highly processed food isn't natural anyway. That is only a recent invention. Type 2 Diabetes thrives on sugar and processed foods but can be made a lot better through the nutrition available in real food - the kind that grows from the earth.
